Which Naked Hockey stick is right for you? Bow type, carbon and position
Every Naked Hockey senior stick sits somewhere on one grid: a bow type (how the stick plays) and a carbon percentage (how stiff and powerful it is). Find your position and level in the grid below and you have your shortlist, with a link to each stick.
Quick picks: defenders look at the Zeme 50 or Dream 70, midfielders at the Supreme 70 or Supernova 70, attackers at the Supreme 90 or Supernova Plus, drag flick specialists at the Extreme range, and goalkeepers at the Truth 80. Check your length first in our stick size guide.

How to use the grid
- Pick the bow first. The bow sits 300mm from the head on a mid bow, 250mm on a pro bow, 200mm on a low bow and 190mm on the extra low and extra late bows. Our bow type guide explains what each one does.
- Then pick the carbon. Lower carbon is softer and more forgiving. Higher carbon is stiffer with more power. Our carbon percentage guide explains how to match it to your level.
- Check your position. We have detailed guides for defenders, midfielders and drag flick specialists, and a general buying guide.
Juniors, indoor and beach
- First sticks for young players: the Naked Mini is an 18" mulberry wood stick for the youngest players. The Genesis is an entry-level fibreglass composite junior stick, and the Prodigy adds 15% carbon.
