Terms and Conditions for NKD Hockey €1000 of Products Giveaway
1. Eligibility
1.1. The giveaway is open to all participants aged 18 years and above.
1.2. Employees of JRMJ Limited T/A Naked Hockey, its affiliates, or anyone professionally connected to this giveaway are not eligible to enter.
2. Entry Requirements
2.1. To enter, participants must follow the official Naked Hockey social media account, like the giveaway post, tag at least two friends in the comments, and register on the Naked Hockey website (www.nkdhockey.com) to create a Wishlist.
2.2. Multiple entries are allowed, provided each entry meets the requirements outlined above.
3. Prize
3.1. The prize consists of €1000 worth of products from Naked Hockey's official website (www.nkdhockey.com).
3.2. The prize value is calculated at full Recommended Retail Price (RRP) and cannot include any discounted or sale items.
3.3. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.
3.4. The winner must choose products available on Naked Hockey's website, subject to stock availability, and no refunds or exchanges are allowed unless the products are faulty.
4. Winner Selection
4.1. One winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries.
4.2. The winner will be contacted via the email address associated with their registration on the NKD Hockey website within 7 days after the giveaway ends.
4.3. The winner must respond within 72 hours of being contacted to claim the prize. If no response is received within this time, Naked Hockey reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
5. Prize Fulfilment
5.1. The prize must be redeemed within 30 days of the winner being contacted.
5.2. The prize will be delivered to the winner at no additional cost, provided that the delivery address is within a region Naked Hockey ships to. Any customs or additional charges for shipping outside these regions are the responsibility of the winner.
6. Publicity
6.1. By entering, participants agree that Naked Hockey may use the winner's name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation unless prohibited by law.
